Where is the Pie Shop located?

The Pie Shop ships from my exquisite mansion in Fremont, California.

What's the Pie Shop's exchange/refund policy?

I really do want you to be happy with your order, so if you hate everything, just contact me. I'll try my best to figure out a solution that works for both of us. Please do keep in my mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. I also can't refund you for lost/stolen packages.

International shipping?

Heck yeah.

Why does it take you days to ship my goodies?

Because I kinda want to draw you a doodle as well (especially if you order my books). I also juggle a full-time job, so it's a bit hard for me to get to a post office whenever I want. 

What are your shipping deets?

Everything will be shipped as USPS First Class Mail with tracking info. But if you want fancy add-ons to it, just contact me and we can upgrade to whatever your heart desires.
